HMS Connect

Hunter Sydnor has been in the construction industry for more than 20 years, working for Kiewit Infrastructure Company for more than 17 years. Over that time, she has developed a commitment to working closely with the communities in which Kiewit has worked as well as with the small business community.

Sydnor was on the board of directors for the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado and is currently on the HCC Contractor Academy Programs Committee, of which she was chairwoman for two years.

Sydnor recently retired from Kiewit and started a consulting firm, HMS Connect, to help large and small contractors with civil rights programs and public information. She is also dedicated to continuing to work with HCC Contractor Academy, enabling small diverse businesses to grow and be successful.
