Keith Ray

Founder & Owner, The Ray law Firm, LLC

Keith Ray is the founder and owner of The Ray Law Firm, LLC, located in Centennial, Colorado, and has served on multiple non-profit boards, including Colorado Lawyers for the Arts and the Fort Lewis College Alumni Association. He currently serve on the boards of both the Hispanic Contractors of Colorado and HCC Contractor Academy.

Ray has more than 25 years of experience handling commercial disputes, including subrogation, construction and various contract disputes. After going to law school at SMU in Dallas, he started his career in a small law firm in Texas. He returned to Colorado in 2000 to work in a national law firm. In 2005, Ray was one of five founding attorneys to open the Denver office of Lathrop & Gage LLP. In 2016, he opened The Ray Law Firm to continue handling providing the same level of sophisticated representation to his clients without the national law firm rates.
