Description

Are you new to the construction industry? Participants of this course will learn basic construction knowledge, jargon, and other professional necessities. The facilitator will explain the life cycle of a construction project, various roles of businesses within the industry, and give “construction vocabulary” lessons throughout the session.

Learning Objectives
  • Discover how the construction industry works together to create multi-million dollar projects for the community.
  • Learn “construction vocabulary” and acronyms common in the industry.
  • Gain foundational knowledge of how a construction project operates from start to finish.
